These terms govern your use of https://glownco.co.za/ and any order you place with glowandco. By placing an order you agree to them. They are governed by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (ECTA).
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only once we accept your order and confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if the price was displayed incorrectly, or if we cannot deliver to your address — and if we have already taken payment we will refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged at checkout unless your order qualifies for free delivery, in which case the threshold is shown in your cart. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order we have already accepted.
Payment is taken at checkout through [payment provider]. Your order is only processed once payment clears.
Delivery
We deliver within South Africa. Orders are usually dispatched within [1–2] business days and arrive within [3–5] business days, depending on your area. These are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
If nobody is available to receive a delivery and the courier returns the parcel to us, we may charge you the cost of re-delivery.
Our products
Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they carry no approved therapeutic claims. They are not a substitute for a balanced diet or for medical advice.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use. Check the ingredient list if you have allergies. Keep out of reach of children.
Packaging and product images are illustrative. Suppliers change formulations and packaging from time to time, so always read the label on what you receive.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for anything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the CPA, or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms; the version published when you order is the one that applies to that order. If something goes wrong, contact us first at [your support email] — most things are sorted out quickly. These terms are governed by South African law and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
